She's a Scientologist. She has her limits. And she certainly deserves to get her life back. She put a dent in them, that's good. Others will do more.

So she "has reached a legal settlement with the church, her lawyer confirmed today." I'm going to go ahead and interpret that as meaning that she backed down, gave in, accepted a cash payout, and is now free to continue following Hubbard's nonsense like the brainwashed fool she is.
Even though her former actions in the cult taint her as quite evil, I will agree that she's entitled to have her life back. And others in the legal community and in the press are entitled to dig further into all this, and do what they think is right.
To say the least, my hope is that this story will not go away.
